COVID-19 Update: October 01, 2020

The safety and well-being of our guests is a top priority for Ubud Sari Health Resorts.

We understand that you may be experiencing stress given the rapidly changing information on travel restrictions and cancelled or postponed public events. We want you to know that we are monitoring the corona virus (COVID-19) situation closely, keeping those who are affected in our hearts, and are listening carefully to the questions and concerns we receive from guests such as yourself.

Considering the latest situation and measures being taken by the government authorities across the globe to reduce and prevent the increasing spread of this pandemic, we have reviewed and updated our policies accordingly:

WAIVING CHANGE AND CANCELLATION FEES

Guided by our purpose of care, we are temporarily adjusting our policies to allow for maximum flexibility to help you make the right decisions regarding travel at this time:

Existing reservations for upcoming travel from June 15th, 2020 until July 31st, 2020 (hotel website, travel agents and third parties):

All existing reservations made before June 15th, 2020 that are for arrivals between June 15th, 2020 until July 31st, 2020 can be rescheduled to any dates up to 1 year ahead at the same rate, or cancelled without any penalty at up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival. This includes Advance Purchase Rate (non-refundable) reservations.

Existing reservations for upcoming travel from August 1st, 2020 onward (hotel website, travel agents and third parties):

The booking conditions may apply under no exceptions.

The below precautionary and response measures are helping us continue to provide a safe and clean environment:

Comprehensive COVID-19 guidance is in place at Ubud Sari Health Resorts, detailing how to protect against transmission of the virus (including implementing hand sanitizer stations and frequent cleaning of high-touch areas), and procedures in case there is a suspected or confirmed case among our guests or colleagues.
